Kuranda all inclusive                Scenic Rail/Skyrail   full day tour       (L)

Experience the contrast of the regions oldest and most unique picturesque railway and the invisible technology of the worlds most beautiful cableway in one day. All the details have been taken care of.

Once aboard the train, sit back and enjoy the views as you journey through 15 hand cut tunnels and past spectacular waterfalls.  You will have 1 ½ hours free time to do some of your own exploring; check out the local markets.  Next it's the Skyrail. Once aboard you will glide silently above the rainforest canopy. There are two stations en route where you can alight and enjoy a walk through the rainforest to spectacular lookouts is unique environment.   A short distance from the Skyrail Terminal is the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park, first stop is the extravagant buffet lunch. Afterwards you have ample time to explore all the attractions of Tjapukai - movie theatres, stage shows, craft demonstrations, the Aboriginal village and of course, the famous Tjapukai Dance Troupe.  At ~ 4:40pm you will board your coach to return to your accommodation.

Cape Tribulation Full Day                                                                (L)          

Your informative and knowledgeable driver/guide will collect you from your accommodation. We cross the Daintree River and continue on to the Daintree Environmental Centre for a refreshing morning tea.

Here an expert guide will take you on a boardwalk whilst explaining some of the fascinating secrets of one of the world's oldest rainforests. After the walk, guests can learn more through the interactive displays, or obtain a closer look at life in the rainforest by ascending the Rainforest Canopy Tower. 

We continue onto Cape Tribulation Beach while you will learn more of the rich history of the area. Walk the beach or boardwalk and relax in this tranquil setting. Our next stop is for lunch in a rainforest setting. Relax and enjoy the delicious food and maybe a glass of wine.

Re-crossing the river, we join the calm water cruise of this important waterway observing the wildlife that inhabits this environment. Your guide will point out the different types of wildlife and plants that make their home along the river. Keep your eyes peeled for the elusive and fearsome estuarine saltwater crocodile!

The cruise terminates in Daintree Village before heading back to your accommodation after an informative & fascinating day.
